Our carbon steel plate is available in commercial and structural grades, hot-rolled to standard dimensional tolerances, and delivered in as-rolled, shot-blasted, or primed condition—ready for your cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly operations.
Advantages of steel construction:
High strength: Steel is much stronger than traditional building materials such as concrete.
Light deadweight: steel structural members with the same load capacity are much lighter than concrete structural members. This not only reduces the deadweight of the building and the burden on the foundation, but also reduces the impact of seismic effects on the structure.
High degree of industrialisation: the components of steel structure can be standardised in factories and processed with high precision. This industrialised production method greatly improves the construction efficiency and shortens the construction period.
High plasticity: steel has good ductility and toughness and can be processed into various complex shapes. This provides greater flexibility in architectural design.

Q: Why is your factory price lower than trading company quotes?
A: We source directly from the rolling mill and manage our own stockyard and cutting lines. By removing intermediary trading companies and their margin layers, we pass the cost savings directly to fabricators and contractors.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We accept orders from one metric ton or even single plates for urgent repair work. However, our best mill-direct pricing unlocks at full truckload or container quantities (approximately 25–28 metric tons). Mixed-grade and mixed-thickness orders can be combined to reach volume tiers.
Q: Can you cut carbon steel plate to my required size before shipping?
A: Yes. We operate CNC flame cutting, plasma cutting, and shearing lines. We can deliver plates cut to your exact length and width, including beveled edges for welding and pre-drilled hole patterns if you provide drawings.
Q: What is the difference between Q235B and Q355B for steel structures?
A: Q235B is a general-purpose structural grade suitable for most frames and bracing. Q355B offers approximately 50% higher yield strength, allowing you to use thinner plates or reduce member sizes for the same load—ideal for heavy columns, long beams, and crane-supporting structures.
Q: How long is the typical lead time?
A: Stocked standard sizes ship within 7–15 days. Non-stock thicknesses or large tonnage orders require 20–30 days for fresh rolling and processing. Shot blasting and priming add 3–5 days.
