Plate Machining

Using 5-axis CNC machines, we machine plates into complex components with tolerances as tight as ±0.02mm. Capabilities: face milling, slot cutting, tapped holes, and contour machining. Materials: carbon steel (Q345), aluminum (6082), and 316L stainless steel. Applications: machine bases, mold plates, and aerospace structural parts. Post-machining services: heat treatment, shot blasting, and anti-rust coating.
