Flame Cutting

Our flame cutting (oxyacetylene) process ensures clean cuts on Q235/Q345 carbon steel plates. Capabilities: straight cuts, mitre angles, and complex shapes for crane bases, ship hulls, and mining equipment. Post-processing: shot blasting to remove slag, edge grinding to Ra≤12.5μm. Large-format cutting (up to 6m x 12m) with fast turnaround for construction sites.
