Flame Cutting

EMERSON METAL’s Flame Cutting service is optimized for thick ferrous metals like carbon steel and cast iron. Using oxy-fuel technology we can cut plates up to 300mm thick with consistent edge quality. Our CNC-controlled machines ensure straightness within 1mm/m and bevel angles up to 45° for welding preparation. While primarily used in shipbuilding and heavy machinery manufacturing our process includes preheating and post-cutting stress relief to minimize distortion. We offer cost-effective solutions for large-scale projects requiring minimal finish machining and our experienced operators ensure safe efficient cutting compliant with OSHA and ISO standards.
