Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We have no strict MOQ. You can order a single prototype or thousands of units. Unit pricing decreases with volume due to optimized nesting and reduced setup time. Contact us for a tiered quotation based on your forecast.
Q: Can you supply material, or do I need to send my own steel?
A: Both options are available. We stock common grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. If you prefer to supply your own material, we can process it on a labor-only basis. Please ensure customer-supplied material is flat, clean, and properly certified.
Q: What is the typical lead time for custom OEM parts?
A: Sample orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after drawing approval. Small to medium production runs (100–1,000 pieces) require 10–18 days. Large-volume or complex assembly orders may take 20–30 days depending on material availability and processing stages.
