• Specialised design: Perforated deck with 20–80% open area, anti-slip texture and ESD coating.

Surface treatment extends the service life and functionality.

• Pre-treatment: Zinc phosphate cleaning to improve paint adhesion.

• Electrostatic powder coating: - Industrial-grade polyester/epoxy mix

  - RAL colour matching and special textures (e.g. hammered or wrinkled)

  - 80–120 µm thickness

  - Impact-resistant

• E-coating provides edge-to-edge corrosion protection for tubular frames.
