Forged Steel Bar

Produced via open-die/closed-die forging, our bars feature optimized grain flow and impact resistance. Alloy steel grades (42CrMo, 35CrMo) undergo quenching/tempering to HRC 28-60, suitable for crane shafts and automotive crankshafts. Carbon steel (45#) bars are normalized for general engineering use. Custom diameters (20-500mm) with rough or precision forging finishes.
