SPiral Pipes

EMERSON METAL’s spiral pipes are manufactured via helical submerged arc welding (HSAW), offering superior structural integrity and pressure resistance (up to 10MPa). Available in carbon steel (Q235B, Q345B) and stainless steel (304, 316L), these pipes feature weld seam reinforcement and NDT (UT/RT) for quality assurance. Sizes range from DN200 to DN3000, with options for internal lining (epoxy) and external coating (FBE). Compliant with API 5L and GB/T 9711 standards, they are widely used in long-distance pipelines, sewage systems, and industrial discharge lines.
