Shaft Machining

Our shaft machining services use CNC lathes and grinders to achieve tolerances ±0.01mm on diameters and straightness ≤0.02mm/m. Capabilities: keyway milling, thread rolling, and induction hardening (HRC 45-55). Shafts can be machined to lengths up to 3 meters, with surface finishes ranging from rough turned to polished (Ra≤0.4μm). Applications: motor shafts, gearbox components, and conveyor rollers.
