Our standard processing materials include: Stainless steel alloys (304, 316, 430) for exceptional corrosion resistance in medical, food processing, or marine environments; Aluminum alloys (6061, 5052) widely used in aerospace and automotive sectors due to their superior strength-to-weight ratio; Galvanized or pre-galvanized steel for components requiring ready-to-use protection. This foundational decision ensures components possess the required mechanical properties—tensile strength, hardness, and ductility—before the first cut is made.
Sheet metal processing begins with a 20,000V laser cutting machine, ensuring precision and edge quality. It can cut sheets ranging from thin plates to 25mm thickness (depending on material properties), producing burr-free, clean blanks with dimensional accuracy perfectly suited for subsequent forming processes. Laser-cut components are then bent to precise angles using press brakes, executing accurate and repeatable bending operations. This process fabricates enclosures, brackets, chassis, and complex assemblies. During final assembly, our specialized welding department employs diverse techniques tailored to material properties and application requirements: Stainless steel and aluminum are processed using gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW/TIG) for clean, precise, and corrosion-resistant joints; other specialized techniques are flexibly applied as required. The seamless integration of cutting, bending, and welding operations within a single facility ensures rigorous quality control throughout manufacturing, consistent process standards, and a single-point responsibility system.
To complete component manufacturing and ensure their durability in operational environments, we implement specialized surface treatment processes. The selection of surface treatment solutions represents a critical engineering decision. For components requiring robust corrosion protection and hard decorative surfaces, electrostatic powder coating is employed, offering a wide variety of color and texture options. For the most demanding outdoor or industrial environments, hot-dip galvanizing delivers exceptional sacrificial protection by forming a metallurgical bond between the zinc coating and the steel substrate. We also offer specialized treatments: stainless steel passivation to strengthen the natural oxide layer; aluminum anodizing to enhance corrosion resistance and enable coloring; and multiple electroplating options. This comprehensive capability throughout the entire process enables us to truly serve as an extension of our customers' engineering and production teams.
