In the field of metal processing, CNC sawing serves as the core method for initial dimensioning and pre-treatment of tubular products, including round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, and standard pipes. Unlike thermal cutting processes, sawing is a cold working technique that separates materials through mechanical shearing. This characteristic offers multiple advantages for tube processing: minimal thermal deformation at the cut surface, virtually eliminating the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and preserving the base material's metallurgical properties; It produces square ends with minimal burrs, creating ideal conditions for subsequent welding or machining. Additionally, it enables strict length tolerance control (typically within ±0.5 mm or even tighter), which is critical for precision assembly in frames, handrails, and structural applications.


The pipe cutting process performed by the sawing machine is an efficient and controlled operation. First, the entire pipe is loaded into the machine's feed system. The operator programs the required cutting length and quantity into the CNC control system. Subsequently, the automatic clamping device securely grips the pipe, preventing displacement and vibration during cutting. A high-speed circular saw blade, specifically selected based on material type and wall thickness, advances to execute the cut, achieving precise pipe fracture. Cut pipe segments are automatically ejected, while the remaining pipe body advances automatically to the next preset length. For complex requirements, the saw head can be precisely tilted to a specified angle. Combined with the indexing rotation of the pipe body, this enables compound bevel cutting. This capability is particularly critical for producing handrails, spatial frameworks, and architectural components. These cut parts form the foundational elements for diverse end products: columns and beams for industrial shelving systems, legs and handrails for workbenches and furniture, handrail section assemblies, as well as components for machine guards, carts, and frame structures in construction, automotive, and manufacturing industries.


For components requiring intricate contour machining, slotting, or perforation inside the tube wall, our high-power fiber laser cutting systems take over. Laser cutters can directly cut complex shapes, slots, and contours directly onto the tubing. Following the cutting process (whether sawing or laser cutting), components typically proceed to CNC bending machines for tube bending operations and welding machines to assemble the cut and formed parts into complete machined assemblies. The seamless integration of sawing, laser cutting, bending, and welding processes within the same facility enables us to provide customers with comprehensive one-stop services, reducing their time costs.
