Our factory provides manufacturing services for industrial steel shelving systems and structural metal products. The facility is equipped with laser cutting machines, press brakes, welding equipment, and machining tools to meet all requirements for steel fabrication. We welcome on-site customer inspections and third-party audits.
For the vast majority of structural components—including upright frames, beams, and support rods—we utilize high-strength low-alloy steel (HSLA) grades such as S355JR or ASTM A500 B/C. These grades achieve an optimal balance between yield strength, formability, and weldability, ensuring structural integrity while avoiding unnecessary weight. For decking or shelf panels, cold-rolled steel is selected to maintain surface finish cleanliness and flatness. In environments demanding exceptional corrosion resistance—such as cold storage facilities, food processing plants, or coastal warehouses—manufacturing employs pre-galvanized steel sheets and hot-dip galvanized structural steel pipes, or post-galvanization treatment is applied to finished components. Whether for lightweight modular shelving units or heavy-duty drive-in pallet racking systems, material selection must align with the operational environment, as this initial choice is critical.
After material selection, production proceeds according to customer drawings. Laser cutting machines precisely cut structural square and rectangular tubing along with metal plates to specified dimensions, enabling beveled cuts while ensuring clean hole layouts for connectors and accurate beam end profiles. For components requiring bending—such as support brackets, beam connectors, or base plates—press brakes perform precise, repeatable bending operations. Final assembly involves welding. Utilizing specialized welding techniques, critical joints—such as column-to-base plate connections and brace-to-frame connections—are bonded using high-penetration Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG). This ensures each weld meets strength and durability standards, fusing individual components into a unified structural whole.
After manufacturing, surface treatment is required. For standard indoor environments, a robust electrostatic powder coating is applied following thorough chemical pretreatment and sandblasting. This process creates a uniform, hard, and chemically resistant surface, offering a wide selection of standard and custom RAL color options. For extremely harsh environments, hot-dip galvanizing (post-process treatment) is the gold standard. The entire welded component is immersed in molten zinc, forming a metallic bonded layer that delivers unparalleled sacrificial corrosion protection—even at cut edges or minor scratches. An efficient hybrid system combines powder coating over pre-galvanized substrates, merging zinc's cathodic protection with the polymer coating's enhanced color and additional barrier function. These customized systems serve diverse applications: from boltless shelving for light-to-medium loads in warehouses and retail storage, to specialized cantilever racks for long materials, and high-density mobile shelving systems for records management. Our core expertise lies in engineering and manufacturing heavy-duty pallet racking, including selective racking, drive-in racking, and push-back systems—the backbone of modern logistics centers.
As a full-service manufacturer, we stock extensive raw material to offer a wider range of material options. During production, we utilize factory equipment including laser cutters, bending machines, welding machines, polishing machines, and machining tools to transform raw materials into customized steel products per customer specifications. With monthly export volumes reaching 50,000 units/month, we support third-party inspections and facilitate customer acceptance of finished products.
