The sawing system encompasses high-performance circular cold saws and band saw equipment, delivering robust and reliable cutting services for solid profiles, bars, and structural steel. These machines achieve flat, square cuts on materials prone to thermal deformation, effortlessly processing carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum, and stainless steel round/square bars and tubes. They are particularly suited for precision cutting of structural beams (I-beams, H-beams), channel steel, angle steel, and solid round bars, efficiently handling materials up to 300mm in thickness or diameter. For coil, plate, and complex contour cutting, our laser cutting equipment delivers precise profiles, intricate details, and high-density nesting with exceptionally narrow kerf widths, significantly reducing material waste. Our laser equipment processes diverse materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet. Effective cutting thickness for carbon steel reaches 25mm, while stainless steel and aluminum typically achieve practical cutting thicknesses around 20mm.This combination of sawing and laser cutting provides a complete preliminary processing solution, allowing us to select the most efficient, cost-effective, and quality-appropriate method for every blank that enters our production flow.


Cutting systems are primarily used for tube processing and sheet metal fabrication. For tubular products (including round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, and standard pipes), we employ specialized laser cutting machines or punching systems to perform precision bevel cutting, slotting, notching, and drilling. This pre-processes tubes for complex welded joints in frames, handrails, and structural components. Subsequent bending is typically performed using press brakes to ensure bending accuracy, surface smoothness, and repeatability, preventing wall thickness collapse or excessive deformation. In sheet metal fabrication, laser-cut blanks enter a forming process centered around CNC press brakes, where flat sheet metal is bent into precise three-dimensional shells, brackets, chassis, and panels. The seamless integration of laser cutting and CNC bending ensures that the precision established during the cutting phase is maintained throughout the forming process—a critical factor for achieving precise assembly of multi-component structures.


The final stage of these cutting and forming processes is assembly, selected based on material type, thickness, and the required weld strength or aesthetic finish. This enables us to construct diverse products ranging from heavy-duty structural frames and machine bases made from processed structural steel and tubing to streamlined cabinets welded from formed sheet metal.
